Processing
Orders ship from Valrico, Florida. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. If an item needs extra time, we'll email you.

Digital downloads
The reference charts are PDFs, emailed to you separately, usually within 1–2 business days. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.

United States
We ship with USPS (Ground Advantage and Priority Mail) and UPS (Ground and Next Day Air Saver). Live rates for each option show at checkout. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

International
We ship worldwide with USPS, UPS and DHL Express. Available options and rates show at checkout. Delivery times vary by country and customs.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost.

Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email nick203555@gmail.com right away. We can't change the address once the order has shipped.
